It’s designed for countertop use to fit in operations without the room for a standard unit, but that still want the convenience that blast chilling has to offer. This particular unit delivers excellent versatility in its small footprint, providing both a soft chill option for delicate food and a hard chill option for dense food. Blast chilling or shock freezing can also be accomplished by setting a timer or by using the included core probe. Temperatures, times, and settings are shown on a brightly lit LCD temperature display for easy viewing. For reliable efficiency, the unit’s refrigeration system circulates R404a refrigerant and is built with a hermetically sealed compressor with overload protection. Self closing doors with easy to clean and replace magnetic balloon gasket. Complete structure interior & exterior in stainless steel with round internal edges for easy cleaning.
